Who we are ?
We are a Saudi limited company established in 2007 with a strong vision in the field of restaurant and coffee shops. We started our business as a franchisee for Cinnzeo® Bakery Shop and successfully expanded with three branches within few years. Based on our outstanding performance in business and gained experience, we became also the franchisee of SHAWARMER® and running 6 branches in Jubail, Khafji and Hafar Albaten cities. And lately we have added Oakberry® franchise to our excited journey and opened the first branch in Khobar city. Mirad is still continuing its journey with passion and determination, and much more will come soon.
Our Journey
2007
Mirad was established with a strong vision in the field of restaurant and coffee shops. Mirad owners believed in this field as it can be one of the most successful businesses if done correctly and with good manners. Mirad started its business as a franchisee for Cinnzeo® Bakery Shop at Yanbu city. Within 4 years, the Mirad opened three branches and succeeded in running them with quality and passion. Although Mirad headquarter was located in Jubail city, the three shops were running smoothly, ranked as 3rd highest sales and won the highest sales increase shops among Saudi Arabia
2013
Mirad decided to request the franchise of SHAWRAMER® as the company partners do business only in what they strongly believe in. Mirad was welcomed by SHAWRAMER® and with hard team work and great partnership, Mirad opened two branches in 2014 in Jubail city.
2015-2018
Mirad continued its expansions in SHAWRAMER® and opened another two branches. One of them was with a car drive through service which was done for the first time.
2018-2019
After opening the fourth branch, Mirad spent the rest of 2018 in developing management systems and improving the performance of all shops to be ready for new expansions. In 2019 Mirad United was standing on a solid management and financial base. As a result, the Mirad was ready to continue the expansion journey with its full capabilities and dedication to achieve future goals and be always in the lead of its business.
2020
Mirad achieved the planned expansions and reflected its capabilities by working on three new locations at the same time. In Jan, the fifth branch was opened in a strategic location at Jubail Industrial city. Later in Oct, the sixth branch in Hafar Albatin was opened in a stand alone building which was built by Mirad. The branch was built on 1000 m2 to be one of the biggest branches of SHAWRAMER® in Saudi Arabia.
2021
Despite of the difficult situations due to the pandemic in 2020, Mirad took the challenge and continued its expansions and kept its commitments which shows company strength. Mirad continued the expansions and opened SHAWRAMER® 7th branch in Hafar Albatin. And later in 2021, Mirad signed a franchise contract with OAKBERRY® Middle East master franchise. And opened its 1st branch of Oakberry in Khobar city in a premium location and soon will expand in other locations.
